  We offer different types of placements to allow our candidates to choose what works best for them and their current employment situation, whether it be to reenter the workforce slowly, supplement an income, or to change careers. We offer the opportunity for a variety of experience through temporary work, a trial period on our payroll to determine if the job is right for you in a temp-to-hire, or a permanent opportunity.

Employees of Questar Staffing are invited to download and print our time sheet. There are three ways to submit your Time Sheet to us:

1. Print Word or PDF file, complete and return in person (get directions to Questar)
2. Print Word or PDF file, complete and return by fax, (615) 371-8804
3. Download the Word file, save to your computer, complete electronically, and return by email (get instructions) to: Frontdesk@QuestarStaffing.com

Time sheets must be received by our office no later than 9 a.m. on Monday to be included in payroll for that week.  It is the sole responsibility of each employee to see that it is faxed.  We encourage you to call 615-371-0111 to confirm receipt with our office.

What are the advantages of a temp-to-hire arrangement?

• When you, the candidate are employed by Questar for one of our clients and are on our payroll for up to 600 hours. It is considered a trial period and gives you an opportunity to learn by working in the position to interface with coworkers and the Company.
• It also provides our client company with an opportunity to evaluate your job performance.
• It is win/win for both because if you and our client company decide to continue the employment relationship you will be placed on the company's payroll and become an employee of that company.
